Pennsylvania High School Football - Crestwood crushed by Pittston

The Pittston Patriots walloped the host Crestwood Comets football squad by a margin of 47-14 in Friday's league test.

The Patriots now sport a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Wilkes-Barre for a Wyoming Valley 1 test on Friday, October 3. Pittston will meet a Wolfpack squad coming off a 35-21 league win over Hazleton Area (Hazleton, PA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 4-2.

With the defeat, Crestwood drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Hazleton Area (Hazleton, PA) to meet the Cougars in a Wyoming Valley 1 test on Friday, October 3. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 1-5. Hazleton Area lost 35-21 in their recent league test against Wilkes-Barre (Wilkes-Barre, PA)
