The Woodlands Christian Academy Warriors (The Woodlands, TX) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Episcopal Knights (Bellaire, TX), 38-24 in a non-league battle.

With the win, The Woodlands Christian Academy advances its record to 5-0 on the season. The Warriors host Van Vleck (Van Vleck, TX) to play the Leopards in a non-league battle on Friday, September 26. The Leopards go into the battle with a record of 1-2. Van Vleck won 58-7 in their recent non-league match against Bloomington (Bloomington, TX)

Coming up next, the Knights meet the Episcopal School of Dallas Eagles (Dallas, TX) in a Southwest Prep 4A match, on Friday, October 3. Episcopal will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 3-1 record after their 35-18 non-league loss to All Saints (Fort Worth, TX).
