Ohio High School Football - Memorial holds off Western Reserve

September 26, 2025: Berlin Center, OH 44401

The Memorial Red Devils football squad scored 24 points and limited the host Western Reserve Blue Devils to 18 in the Red Devils league triumph on Friday.

The Red Devils now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mineral Ridge for a Mahoning Valley - Scarlet game on Friday, October 3. Memorial will face a Rams team coming off a 48-16 league win over Lowellville (Lowellville, OH). The Rams record now stands at 5-1.

The Blue Devils (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Springfield (New Middletown, OH). The Tigers enter the Mahoning Valley - Scarlet game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Springfield held off Jackson-Milton (North Jackson, OH), 42-6, in a league outing.
