The South Point Red Raiders volleyball squad (Belmont, NC), dropped 2-0 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Ayden - Grifton Chargers (Ayden, NC)

With the win, Ayden - Grifton improves its record to 13-5 on the season. The Chargers travel to McMichael (Mayodan, NC) to meet the Phoenix in a non-league contest on Saturday, September 27. The Phoenix enter the contest with a record of 13-7. McMichael won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Reidsville (Reidsville, NC)

In their next game, the Red Raiders encounter the Mountain Island Charter Raptors (Mt. Holly, NC) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 27.
