The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Big Sky Eagles (Missoula, MT) and the visiting Sentinel Spartans (Missoula, MT), witnessed Big Sky's football squad edge Sentinel by a tally of 15-14.

The Eagles (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Hellgate (Missoula, MT). The Knights enter the AA - Western contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Hellgate was nudged by Glacier (Kalispell, MT), 63-8, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Spartans battle the Butte Bulldogs (Butte, MT) in a AA - Western contest, on Thursday, October 3. Sentinel will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 2-3 record after their 41-10 league win over Flathead (Kalispell, MT).
