Pennsylvania High School Football - Dallas winner over North Pocono

September 27, 2024: Dallas, PA 18612

The Dallas Mountaineers (Dallas, PA) football knocked off the visiting North Pocono Trojans (Covington Township, PA), 45-28 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Mountaineers now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wyoming Valley West for a Wyoming Valley 1 outing on Friday, October 4. Dallas will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 42-6 non-league loss to Executive Education Academy Charter School (Allentown, PA). The Spartans record now stands at 0-6.

With the defeat, North Pocono drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Trojans host Valley View (Archbald, PA) to clash with the Cougars in a Lackawanna 1 outing on Friday, October 4. The Cougars come into the outing with a record of 5-1. Valley View won 34-21 in their recent league outing against Scranton (Scranton, PA)
