The Huntington North Vikings football squad scored 21 points and limited the host DeKalb Barons to 0 in the Vikings league triumph on Friday.

The Vikings now hold a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Leo for a Northeast 8 test on Friday, October 4. Huntington North will meet a Lions squad coming off a 51-0 league win over Bellmont (Decatur, IN). The Lions record now stands at 5-1.

With the defeat, DeKalb drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Barons travel to Norwell (Ossian, IN) to meet the Knights in a Northeast 8 test on Friday, October 4. The Knights come into the test with a record of 2-4. Norwell lost 42-0 in their recent league test against East Noble (Kendallville, IN)
