In Friday's league match, the host Quincy Blue Devils football squad scored a decisive 49-7 triumph over the East Moline United Panthers.

The Blue Devils (5-0) will now prepare for their match against Galesburg (Galesburg, IL). The Silver Streaks come into the Western Big 6 match with a 1-4 record. In their last match, Galesburg was routed by Geneseo (Geneseo, IL), 28-21, in a league match.
