New Jersey High School Football - Morristown thwarted by Mount Olive

Mount Olive Marauders (Flanders, NJ) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football squad top the host Morristown Colonials (Morristown, NJ), 41-17 in a league test.

The Marauders now hold a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Morris Knolls for a Super - Liberty White test on Saturday, October 4. Mount Olive will meet a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 16-13 league loss to Roxbury (Succasunna, NJ). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, Morristown drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Colonials travel to Old Bridge (Old Bridge, NJ) to play the Knights in a non-league challenge on Friday, October 3. The Knights go into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Old Bridge won 48-0 in their recent league challenge against East Brunswick (East Brunswick, NJ)
