In Saturday's non-league game, the Cypress Centurions (Cypress, CA) flag football team edged the visiting Edison Chargers (Huntington Beach, CA), by a tally of 16-14.

In their next game, the Centurions face the Canyon Comanches (Anaheim, CA) in a game, on Monday, September 29. Cypress will attempt to move on its 16-5 season record. The Comanches come into the outing with a 15-1 record after their 12-6 league win over Crean Lutheran (Irvine, CA).
