Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Harper Creek Beavers (Battle Creek, MI) and the visiting Forest Hills Central Rangers (Grand Rapids, MI), observed Harper Creek's volleyball team hold off Forest Hills Central by a count of 2-1.

The Beavers (14-12) will now prepare for their contest against Northview (Grand Rapids, MI). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 9-11 record. In their last contest, Northview got by Union (Grand Rapids, MI), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
