Game Story

California High School Football - West Valley can't get by Liberty

September 29, 2023: Hemet, CA 92545

Liberty Bison (Winchester, CA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the host West Valley Mustangs (Hemet, CA), 13-6 in a league test.

With the triumph, Liberty improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Bison travel to Citrus Hill (Perris, CA) to confront the Hawks in a Mountain Pass test on Friday, October 6. The Hawks come into the test with a record of 1-5. Citrus Hill lost 62-7 in their recent league test against San Jacinto (San Jacinto, CA)

With the loss, West Valley drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Perris (Perris, CA) to confront the Panthers in a Mountain Pass test on Friday, October 6. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 3-3. Perris lost 48-0 in their recent league test against Tahquitz (Hemet, CA)
