Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC) and the host Buford Yellow Jackets (Lancaster, SC), observed Parkwood's volleyball team top Buford by a count of 3-1.

The Wolf Pack (15-6) will now prepare for their contest against Anson (Wadesboro, NC). The Bearcats go into the Rocky River 4A/5A battle with a 15-2 record. In their last battle, Anson achieved victory over Central Academy of Technology & Arts (Monroe, NC), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Yellow Jackets now own a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cheraw for a battle on Tuesday, September 30. Buford will encounter a Braves squad coming off a 3-1 league win over York Prep (Rock Hill, SC). The Braves record now stands at 8-8.
