Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Center Grove Trojans (Greenwood, IN) and the visiting Carmel Greyhounds (Carmel, IN), observed Center Grove's volleyball team top Carmel by a tally of 3-1.

The Trojans (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Franklin Community (Franklin, IN). The Grizzly Cubs enter the non-league contest with a 10-0 record. In their last contest, Franklin Community beat Perry Meridian (Indianapolis, IN), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Greyhounds meet the Lawrence Central Bears (Indianapolis, IN) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, September 4. Carmel will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Bears enter the contest with a 0-4 record after their 3-1 league loss to Ben Davis (Indianapolis, IN).
