September 30, 2025: Charlottesville, VA 22903 St. Anne's-Belfield Saints (Charlottesville, VA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting North Cross Raiders (Roanoke, VA), 2-0 in a league test.
With the win, St. Anne's-Belfield improves its record to 1-2 on the season. The Saints host Christchurch School (Christchurch, VA) to face the Seahorses in a test on Thursday, October 9. The Seahorses go into the test with a record of 4-4.
The Raiders now have a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Faith Christian for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 2. North Cross will meet a Warriors team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Christian Heritage Academy (Rocky Mount, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 8-0.
