Manitowoc Lincoln Ships (Manitowoc, WI) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host West De Pere Phantoms (De Pere, WI), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Ships (14-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Green Bay Southwest (Green Bay, WI). The Fighting Trojans enter the Fox River Classic challenge with a 4-21 record. In their last challenge, Green Bay Southwest was beaten by Bay Port (Green Bay, WI), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Phantoms meet the Ashwaubenon Jaguars (Green Bay, WI) in a Fox River Classic challenge, on Thursday, October 2. West De Pere will attempt to upgrade on its 17-7 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 11-12 record after their 3-0 league win over Sheboygan North (Sheboygan, WI).
