In Tuesday's non-league match, the Perkins County Plainsmen (Grant, NE) volleyball squad prevailed the visiting Medicine Valley Raiders (Curtis, NE), by a margin of 2-0.

The Plainsmen now possess a 11-8 record. They play next when they travel to Sedgwick County for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 2. Perkins County will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 3-0 league win over Wray (Wray, CO). The Cougars record now stands at 9-4.

With the loss, Medicine Valley drops to 1-14 on the campaign. The Raiders host Arapahoe (Arapahoe, NE) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 2.
