Texas High School Volleyball - Trinity Christian can't hold off Midland Christian

The Midland Christian Mustangs tipped the host Trinity Christian Lions volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league game.

The Mustangs now possess a 12-18 record. They play next when they host Grace Prep for a TAPPS 5A District 1 bout on Friday, October 3. Midland Christian will clash with a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league loss to All Saints (Fort Worth, TX). The Lions record now stands at 13-12.

With the loss, Trinity Christian drops to 23-7 on the campaign. The Lions host Temple Christian (Fort Worth, TX) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, October 3. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 0-5. Temple Christian lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Heritage Christian (Rockwall, TX)
