The Crestwood Chargers (Dearborn Heights, MI) football tipped the visiting Thurston Eagles (Redford, MI), 16-14 in Friday's league outing.

The Chargers now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Annapolis for a Western Wayne outing on Friday, September 12. Crestwood will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 43-6 league loss to Garden City (Garden City, MI). The Cougars record now stands at 0-2.
