The Doddridge County Bulldogs football squad scored 48 points and limited the visiting Ritchie County Rebels to 0 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tyler for a Ohio Valley AAA challenge on Friday, September 12. Doddridge County will face a Knights team coming off a 28-13 league loss to Wahama (Mason, WV). The Knights record now stands at 1-1.

The Rebels (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against South Harrison (Lost Creek, WV). The Hawks enter the Little Kanawha challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, South Harrison bounced Lincoln (Shinnston, WV), 14-7, in a non-league challenge.
