The North DeSoto Griffins football squad scored 46 points and limited the host Union Parish Farmers to 3 in the Griffins non-league victory on Friday.

In their next game, the Griffins face the Center Roughriders (Center, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 12. North DeSoto will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Roughriders enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 62-15 non-league win over Spring Hill (Longview, TX).
