Mendon Unity Mustangs (Mendon, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Illini West Chargers (Carthage, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Mendon Unity improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Triopia/Virginia (Concord, IL) to play the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Monday, September 8. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 7-0. Triopia/Virginia won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against South County (Franklin, IL)
