September 8, 2023: Aurora, IL 60502 Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Metea Valley Mustangs (Aurora, IL), 31-10 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Andrew improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Thunderbolts host Stagg (Palos Hills, IL) to battle the Chargers in a Southwest Suburban - Red test on Friday, September 15. The Chargers come into the test with a record of 3-0. Stagg won 24-0 in their recent non-league test against Belleville West (Belleville, IL)
With the loss, Metea Valley drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs host DeKalb (DeKalb, IL) to battle the Barbs in a DuPage Valley test on Friday, September 15. The Barbs come into the test with a record of 1-2. DeKalb lost 41-34 in their recent non-league test against Sandburg (Orland Park, IL)
