In Friday's league contest, the Round Rock Dragons (Round Rock, TX) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Vista Ridge Rangers (Cedar Park, TX), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Dragons battle the Manor Mustangs (Manor, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 25 contest, on Tuesday, September 12. Round Rock will attempt to better on its 23-9 season record. The Mustangs come into the contest with a 11-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to Stony Point (Round Rock, TX).

With the loss, Vista Ridge drops to 19-13 on the campaign. The Rangers host Round Rock Westwood (Austin, TX) to battle the Warriors in a 6A Region IV District 25 contest on Tuesday, September 12.
