The Halifax County Comets volleyball team (South Boston, VA), was knocked off 3-1 in Monday's non-league contest with the host Dan River Wildcats (Ringgold, VA)

The Wildcats (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Altavista (Altavista, VA). The Colonels enter the Dogwood contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Altavista notched a victory over Prince Edward County (Farmville, VA), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
