September 8, 2025: Palo Alto, CA 94301 Palo Alto Vikings (Palo Alto, CA) followers left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Valley Christian Warriors (San Jose, CA), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Palo Alto advances its record to 5-3 on the season. The Vikings host Homestead (Cupertino, CA) to face the Mustangs in a Santa Clara Valley - De Anza test on Wednesday, September 10. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 10-1. Homestead lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA)
The Warriors now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Mary's for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 10. Valley Christian will play a Rams team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Pitman (Turlock, CA). The Rams record now stands at 6-4.
