Oregon High School Soccer - Madras toppled by Mountain View
September 9, 2025: Bend, OR 97701 Mountain View Cougars (Bend, OR) fans were in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their soccer squad triumph over the visiting Madras White Buffaloes (Madras, OR), 8-0 in a non-league bout.
The Cougars now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Sheldon for a non-league bout on Friday, September 12. Mountain View will play a Irish squad coming off a 2-1 league win over South Medford (Medford, OR). The Irish record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Madras moves to 1-2 on the year. The White buffaloes travel to Henley (Klamath Falls, OR) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 11. The Hornets come into the game with a record of 2-0. Henley won 3-0 in their recent non-league game against Crook County (Prineville, OR)
