Brody Zemba Turns in Season-Best Effort
Bishop Rosecrans was led to victory by Brody Zemba, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Zemba rushed for 246 yards and four touchdowns on only 11 carries, and also picked up 114 receiving yards and two touchdowns. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in September of 2023. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 65 yards.
The win (which was Bishop Rosecrans' third in a row) raised their record to 5-3. Zemba and Bishop Rosecrans will be playing at home against Miller at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

A Season-Best Effort from Logan Doughty Leads Miller over Fairfield Christian Academy
On Friday, Miller got the W thanks in part to Logan Doughty playing the best football he has all season. Doughty rushed for 158 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries, and also threw for 52 yards and a touchdown. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2023. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 67 yards.
If the past is any indication, Doughty could be in store for another big game when he takes on Bishop Rosecrans on Friday. Doughty rushed for 225 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.7 yards per carry the last time he and the Bishops duked it out back in October of 2023.
