Memorial won the last time they faced Cy-Fair and things went their way on Thursday too. The Memorial Mustangs came out on top against the Cy-Fair Bobcats by a score of 41-29. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

Memorial has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 18-14 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.0 points per game. As for Cy-Fair, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-15.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Memorial won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Cypress Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cy-Fair, they and Stratford will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played. Stratford will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Cy-Fair surely won't give up without a fight.
