While Owen Davis delivered a dominant effort on Tuesday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Fort Walton Beach. Davis turned in nothing short of a gem, pitching five innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off six hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Davis and Fort Walton Beach will face off against Tate at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Fort Walton Beach hasn't beaten Tate recently, having gone 0-8 since March of 2015.
