Jaxon Teague Turns in Season-Best Effort
Jaxon Teague produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Manson to the win on Friday. Teague rushed for 254 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.9 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
The victory snapped Manson's winning streak at seven games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-4 record. Teague and Manson will head out on the road to square off against Chelan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Greyson Keith and Co. Win 18th in a Row
Greyson Keith was instrumental in extending Okanogan's winning streak to 18 on Friday. Keith rushed for 109 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making six total tackles (3.0 for loss).
Okanogan's victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0. Keith will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant effort when he faces off against Tonasket on Friday.

A Season-Best Effort from Champ Louie Leads Lake Roosevelt over Manson
On Friday, Lake Roosevelt had to settle for second even though Champ Louie put up the best numbers he has all season. Louie picked up 138 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He showed off some serious burst, lighting up the secondary with a catch for 65 yards.
Lake Roosevelt is on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5. Louie and Lake Roosevelt will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Liberty Bell at 7:00 p.m. on October 18th.

Sadly, Ivan Alejandre posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Lake Roosevelt over Manson on Friday. Alejandre threw for 325 yards and three touchdowns.

Okanogan Wins 18th-Straight Thanks to Wesley Allen
