Vaux Big Picture entered their tilt with High School of the Future with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Vaux Big Picture came out on top against High School of the Future by a score of 64-55 on Friday. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
High School of the Future lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being A Jeune, who scored 18 points along with five assists and three steals. Jeune hasn't dropped below 15points for four straight games. G Banks was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with eight assists and four steals.
Vaux Big Picture has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-7 record this season. As for High School of the Future, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.
Vaux Big Picture will head out on the road to square off against Sayre at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for High School of the Future, High School of the Future and TECH Freire Charter will face off at 11:00 a.m. on January 15th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. TECH Freire Charter will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
