The Cottage Cougars can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent game on Friday. Everything went their way against Mill Springs Academy as Cottage made off with a 44-24 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Cottage has posted since November 29, 2023.
It was another big night for Alyssa Briggs, who scored 22 points.
The win makes it two in a row for Cottage and bumps their season record up to 9-6. As for Mill Springs Academy, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cottage won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Varsity Opponent at 3:00 p.m. on January 20th. As for Mill Springs Academy, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Tapestry Charter at 4:30 p.m. on January 23rd. Tapestry Charter comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
