Audrey Bailey posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Thursday. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 11 over five innings pitched. Considering she played a big game the last time she faced off against Downey back in March, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Bailey has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.
