Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lee's Summit North). They breezed by the Center Yellowjackets to the tune of 72-11 on Thursday. The win was some much needed relief for the Broncos as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Lee's Summit North's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Center, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.

Lee's Summit North has already played their next game, a 60-57 win against Liberty on the 13th. Center and Southeast will compete for holiday cheer at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
