After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Montgomery Academy, Houston Academy was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Slocomb Red Tops 56-0. With that victory, the Raiders brought their scoring average up to 32.8 points per game.
Houston Academy found their leader in sophomore Harrison Milanowski, who rushed for 150 yards and one score on only six carries. Milanowski got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 90 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Abe Haskins, who threw for 142 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 71.4% of his passes.

Houston Academy was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 286 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in November of 2024.
