In their first move, Anthony and Frazier Jr. have named John Zito as the new head coach following a three-year stint in the position for Yerrick Stoneman.
"I've
had my time on the court, and now it's about helping the right people in
position to lead and elevate the next generation," Anthony said in a statement.

After spending his first three seasons of high school basketball at Towson Catholic (Towson, Md.), Anthony transferred to Oak Hill Academy for his senior campaign.
Melo led the Warriors to a record of 32-1 with a top five finish in the national rankings as a senior in 2001-02, averaging 21.7 points, 8.1 rebounds and 4.0 assists per contest. He earned first team USA Today and Parade All-America honors.
Oak Hill Academy has a record of 71-33 over the past three seasons without a Chipotle Nationals appearance following the retirement of coaching legend Steve Smith, who compiled a record of 1,228-97 over his 38-year coaching career with seven national championships.
Anthony, a 10-time NBA All-Star and soon-to-be Hall of Fame inductee, has been a mainstay in the high school basketball community since his retirement from the NBA and beyond. He co-founded Team Melo in 2005. The
organization is a non-profit based in Baltimore, Md., that is
focused on supporting student-athletes. In 2016, Team Melo joined the
Nike EYBL circuit and has been with the elite club basketball organization ever since.
Kiyan earned MVP honors at the Jordan Brand Classic over the weekend after contributing 26 points and six rebounds in the win.
Regarded as a top 40 prospect in the Class of 2025, the Syracuse signee was the leading scorer for nationally-ranked Long Island Lutheran, averaging 14.8 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists per contest as a senior while shooting 44.9 percent from the field and 30.9 percent from 3-point range.
