The Troup County Tigers will challenge the Upson-Lee Knights at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Troup County has four straight  wins, Upson-Lee has three straight  losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Troup County found their leader in freshman  Makayla Reed, who  went 6 of 12  en route to 18 points along with six  rebounds and five  steals. Those 18  points set a new season-high mark for  Reed.  Sheniyah Philpot was another key player,  going 5 for 10  on her way to 14 points in addition to eight  assists and three  steals.
 Troup County was working as a unit and  finished the game with 15  assists. That's the most  assists they've posted since back in February of 2024.
 Meanwhile, Upson-Lee lost to Trinity Christian at home  by a   61-47 margin on Monday.
 Troup County's victory was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 13-4. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 37.3 points. As for Upson-Lee, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-10.
 Everything went Troup County's way against Upson-Lee when the teams last played  back in December of 2024, as Troup County made off with  a  57-33 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Troup County since the  squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
