It was another big night for Sugar Eaton, who scored 44 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of New Hope Leadership Academy's points. Jailen Anderson was another key contributor, scoring 22 points.
The win got New Hope Leadership Academy back to even at 8-8. As for Varsity Opponent, their defeat was their 24th straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 390-1437-2.
