The St. John's Islanders lost against the Stall Warriors back in December of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. St. John's took a 61-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of Stall.
Despite the loss, St. John's still got an impressive performance from Tr?Sean White, who scored 23 points. Trevone McFadden was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Leading Stall to victory were Myron Myers and Dave-yon Nixon. Myers scored 18 points, while Nixon scored 19 points. That makes it five consecutive games in which Myers has scored at least 25% of Stall's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Lamar Patterson, who scored 8 points.
St. John's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Stall, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. John's homestand continues as they prepare to take on North Charleston at 8:30 p.m. on December 2nd. Stall will take on Pinewood Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Pinewood Prep is looking to tack on another W to their five-game streak on the road.
