Altamonte Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Rhyanna Jean led the charge by scoring 11 points along with 6 rebounds and 5 steals. Kayleigh Cooper was another key contributor, scoring 8 points along with 6 assists and 6 rebounds.
When it comes to explaining why Evans lost, one person who can't be blamed is Carmen Roundtree. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 16 points and 13 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of JaKayla Slater, who scored 5 points along with 8 steals.
