It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 61-14, which was the final score in Evansville Bosse's tilt against Vincennes Lincoln on Saturday.
Meanwhile, even though Gibson Southern scored an imposing 58 points on Tuesday, Evansville Memorial still came out on top. Evansville Memorial walked away with a 66-58 win over Gibson Southern. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Evansville Memorial.
Evansville Memorial's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Rylee Canaan led the charge by scoring 20 points along with 6 rebounds. Sophie Johnson was another key contributor, scoring 18 points along with 5 rebounds.
Their wins bumped Evansville Bosse to 1-4 and Vincennes Lincoln to 4-5.
