 Peyton Hudson made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   two  hits. Hudson was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs while going 1-for-2.
 In other batting news,  Allison Clark was  incredible,  getting on base  in all five of her plate appearances with five  RBI, three  runs,  and one  double. Those  five  RBI gave  her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Nataleigh Haines, who  scored two  runs while going 3-for-3.
