Pleasant Grove waltzed into their contest  on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the American Fork Cavemen as they made off with  an  11-1 victory. Considering the Vikings have won 13 matches by more than five  runs this season, Wednesday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Keslie Draney was a  major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  struck out seven batters over  five innings while giving up just one earned run off   one  hit (and only one walk). She has been consistent: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in five consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 2-for-3 with one  home run, three  RBI,  and one  double.
 In other batting news,  Maile Larsen was a standout: she went a perfect 3-for-3 with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Grace Norman, who  went 1-for-2 with one  home run and three  RBI.
 Pleasant Grove  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 12  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least nine  hits in three consecutive  games.
Pleasant Grove's record now sits at 20-6. As for American Fork, their loss was  their seventh straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 8-17.
