 On the hitting side,  Lindsay Berniard was  incredible,  scoring two  runs while  getting on base  in all three of her plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Savannah Windham, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-2.
 Mandeville's win was  their sixth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 14-6. Those good results were due in large part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 12.2 runs per game. As for Fontainebleau, they are  on  a  six-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 6-16.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mandeville will take on Hammond at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Fontainebleau, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ponchatoula at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
