With a playoff game on the line, the Cornerstone Eagles rose to the challenge  on Tuesday. They slipped by the Yellow Jackets  36-35. This was a revenge  matchup for Cornerstone, as the team was forced to settle for a  37-32 loss when these two played  two weeks ago.
 Cornerstone's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Kemberly Roscoe led the charge by  dropping  a double-double on 13 points and 13  rebounds. Roscoe is on a roll when it comes to  blocks, as she's  now  posted three or more in the last eight games she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Kye Fincher, who  scored 13 points along with eight  rebounds and four  steals.
 Cornerstone's win bumped their record up to 13-11. As for Vincent, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-10.
 Cornerstone does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Vincent also has no future games currently scheduled.
