After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Greater Miami Academy, the Miami Union Academy Jaguars were happy to have found some success on Thursday. They managed a 38-34 win over LaProgresiva Presbyterian.
Despite the defeat, LaProgresiva Presbyterian saw an underclassman step up: Lazaro Echevarria scored 11 points.
Miami Union Academy pushed their record up to 1-1 with that victory, which was their third straight at home dating back to last season. As for LaProgresiva Presbyterian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4.
Miami Union Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. LaProgresiva Presbyterian also has no future games currently scheduled.
