Sherman Oaks CES took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Sun Valley Magnet Pioneers with a sharp 13-3 victory. For the Knights, this counts as revenge for the 7-6 win the Pioneers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2023.
Nicholas Bilicic was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over 2.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits (and only one walk).
