If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Munford. On Friday they take on Bolton at 7:00 PM. Munford are cruising in on a 3-game winning streak while Bolton are stumbling in off of 4 consecutive losses.
Last week, Munford had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 20-7 victory over First Assembly Christian.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Bolton lost to Houston, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 0-41. Bolton were down by 0-41 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Munford's win lifted them to 3-1 while Bolton's loss dropped them down to 0-4. We'll see if Munford's success rolls on or if Bolton are able to steal their positive momentum.
