On Thursday, Alta Loma are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Los Osos at Los Osos High at 3:15 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 7-42, which was the final score in Alta Loma's tilt against Monrovia last Thursday. Alta Loma were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-28.
Meanwhile, Los Osos were fully in charge last week, breezing past Northwood 45-0.
Los Osos's win lifted them to 1-1 while Alta Loma's loss dropped them down to 2-1. We'll find out if Los Osos can add another positive mark to their record or if Alta Loma can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Los Osos's step.
